i managed to finish up my little kawaii quilt last night, i seriously can't stand how cute the fabrics are! and i love the wonderland fabric for the backing <3 the quilt is for sale in my littlelegwarmers shop.

i also spent the afternoon working on my custom order, and the top is finally done.. now to add the borders and backing, and to figure out how i want to top stitch it! since the onesies are stretchy, i don't want to shift it all out of whack. hmmm....

just put up in the shop today, the 'round and round' quilt.. partially hand sewn, partially sewn by machine. this is a very modern, special and unique little quilt, and i lovelovelove it! :)

new in the my shop... a funky and glam pillow made from japanese imported Echino fabrics!

it was really fun to make, with the flappy border and swirly stitching!

this quilt is brand new in my shop, and was made with adorable little japanese kawaii prints!! omg, i love them. there's the three little pigs, alice in wonderland, sheep in the woods, and little red riding hood! i also used some simple prints from amy butler and denise schmidt to coordinate with them. -- also a bonus: the batting is completely 100% organic cotton! yay!

this weekend....

was full of sewing and laying on the sofabed with the boyfriend. oh, and we did a small grocery run and some other quick errands also. but seriously, that is all we did. for two days. we slept in until nearly 10am both mornings (even with the time change), which is a luxury we don't often get to bask in. it was glorious, and now i can't believe its already time to go back to work!

i ordered new business cards today, and i'm excited.
they are so cute and simple and colorful.
much more stylish than my old ones, which i've run out of.

i should have been sewing tonight, but i'm so lazy.
